MY QUEST FOR FALLING ASLEEP

Sleep seems to be an illusive factor in a lot of peoples lives these days and I am no exception.  My mum always tells me I was a terrible sleeper from the day I was born, then when I did sleep I would sleep walk.  That problem has followed me right up to the present (sleep problem not the sleep walking!!). I will just point out that once I'm asleep I can stay that way until the cows come home, its the falling into a deep slumber that's the issue.

So after hearing so many good things about thisworks deep sleep range I decided to bite the bullet and give it a go. I had never shopped on feelunique before so this was the perfect opportunity and I added the Pillow Talk and Stress Less duo to my basket.  I was pretty excited when it was delivered as I thought this was surely the answer to everything.   I love the packaging, the multicoloured image on the box looks like big fluffy pillows.  The Pillow Talk spray was a 75ml bottle and the Stress Less roller was a 5ml bottle.  At £19.80 its a fair bit more than I would usually pay for a remedy like this but as I had high hopes I felt it  was worth it.

Settling down with the hubby I pulled out the roller ball and applied it to my wrists, a couple of sprays of the mist onto my pillow and...........nothing.  No relaxing or sleepiness happened at all.

Lets jump back to the spraying and the rolling, although I love the smell of lavender my husband found the aroma seriously off putting which I found surprising as the only other thing he doesn't like the smell of is cocoa butter.  The spray left my pillow damp which in itself it yucky and did not induce a relaxed state, the roller ball is just what says and smells the same as the spray.

I tried this product over a number of nights and its definitely a regret purchase for me.  If you have trouble falling asleep and want to give this a go, my advice is to try and find someone who already owns this product so you can try before you buy.
